Throughout his career, he has played various roles in projects both in Europe and LATAM.where he has led the implementation of solutions that have driven the digital transformation of companies and public sector entities, his deep knowledge of information technology has established him as a benchmark in the evolution of IT services, providing strategic value to its customers and helping them in their technological transformation.

More than 25 years of experience in BMC Software solutions. Started his career in 1999, working on custom development projects with Remedy ITSM and local (on-premise) implementations.
Over the years, it has accompanied the technological evolution of BMC Software products, adopting and implementing new versions and taking advantage of the capabilities of the Helix cloud platform (SaaS).
Throughout his career, Celso has led ITSM application development projects from scratch, managing key areas such as incident management, change management and CMDB, ensuring that each phase, from functional definitions to production, is executed with the highest quality standards, as well as multiple deployments and migrations to the cloud with BMC Helix ITSM. His focus on continuous communication with clients ensures that projects not only meet their objectives, but also take advantage of all the knowledge acquired throughout his career.
With extensive experience in the following sectors public and privatehas implemented solutions in Europe, United States and Latin Americaconsolidating its position as a benchmark in ITSM project management.

More than 32 years of experience in the field of BMC Software solutions. Since the 90's he has led custom application development and implementation projects with various ITSM technologies, guiding organizations in their technology transformation ensuring the stability of their legacy systems and building a solid foundation for the future.
With an outstanding trajectory in the Telco sector in Spain, he has worked in important customized projects in Latin America, supporting organizations in Brazil, Peru and Argentina to optimize their technological processes.
His experience in adapting and customizing BMC Helix ITSM solutions allows him to lead projects that maximize the operational efficiency of each client, with a special focus on the continuity and evolution of their infrastructures.
Currently leads the strategic expansion of the company in Latin Americawhere he leads a team of highly qualified and certified consultants in BMC Software solutions, providing specialized support in Spanish to better adapt to the needs of the region and with a clear vision to share our excellence in first-level service support for BMC Software solutions.
